"I called on a Friday to inquire about availability the next day (Saturday). The person that I spoke with said they were completely booked except for a slot around 3ish. When we arrived for our appointment, we selected a polish and was seated immediately. It didn’t look booked at all but maybe they have a staffing issue. Overall, there could be a bit more upkeep to the space. The non-gel polishes were just thrown on a shelf and didn’t look desirable. The general area also looked like it could have been cleaned more but they use the plastic liners (which was nice). Because I was rushed for time, I only got a basic pedicure. My toes looked nice but I don’t think I’ll be returning."

"I’m not from New Orleans but I was on a family trip and decided to get my nails done. I just don’t think the lady that did my nails did a good job. I kept trying to tell her that my nails were crooked and had mismatched shapes. The picture isn’t what I asked for when I arrived but at a certain point of her not listening, I just wanted to leave. Would not recommend.."
