"My daughter got acrylics with gel French. Literally a week later this is what her nails looked liked. Chipped and peeling off. I went back today. They girl said they will fix them for free. They wind up charging us 30 bc it's been 7 days and they only guarantee 3. Needless to say I will not be bringing her back here."

"What a fabulous place! Finally found my place! It was trial and error with some terrible places. I had Rose and I hope she's my lady going forward! My pedicure was so wonderful I could have cried! Lol. I tried the dip nails, and I am never going back to acrylic. This place is a bit more expensive, but it is worth it. They offer beverages and snacks, too! What?!?! My only complaints is that it isn't as close as I wish it were, and it was crowded. Crowded because they are so good!"

"Let me first say that this place is pricey, but I do feel like I got my money’s worth! I requested an appointment on the website and received text and email confirmations. I arrived 10 minutes early and was seated immediately. The inside of the place was simple and already decorated for Christmas. I love that they have the plastic liners, which is non-negotiable after a bad experience at another place. I also love that the seats are huge. I’m 5’10 and my legs are usually too long for the seats at other places. I had more than enough room for my legs to be comfortable. I chose the Splendidly Pedicure, which came with a disposable pedicure kit for me to take home (very interesting). The technician did a great job and really paid attention to detail. I was blown away by the hot scrub and hot lotion. They were great additions to the experience! I typically don’t use the massagers on the chairs but this chair was better quality than what I’ve experienced other places. The massager was nice! Would I return? Absolutely!! I’m looking forward to my next visit here."

"Still in pain after 3 weeks of getting a simple gel polish! I went in because I had an event next day and my regular Nail salon was short staffed so booked that day. They soak off my gel nails and then used a drill to remove rest of polish but continued to drill my natural nail bed down! After Gel dried my nails hurt and I thought it will go away but it hasn’t. I can’t braid my hair or use tips of fingers. I just had my regular mail tech take off one polish because I was afraid that I had a fungus. After she took it off I saw how thin my natural nail was from them drilling off my natural nail too smooth and all my ridges are gone! The other nails with polish started snagging stuff then my thumb developed a hang nail underneath! My nails never felt like this! I went back to my regular place to remove them all and leave off polish because I am afraid to have polish put on with nail so thin! Usually my nails grow long after 2 weeks but they just keep breaking and splitting! This was the worse experience of my life! I am still in pain and I hope to GOD my nails can grow back! August 23 2022 Update- my nails still have not grown out from excessive drilling on nail bed! All they do is split as they try to emerge and pain is still there. I have to file them low or they will snag everything! I work with hands so pain is felt often when my fingers touch things! I put nail strengthener on them. I just can’t believe it’s been since May and I still and struggling with this! I came evened get a manicure or gel polish until my nails heal and can grow again!"
