"EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service. BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues."

"I have not had a chance to experience petal salon in person, since I live in Houston TX. I wanted to purchase a gift certificate for my cousins birthday that lives in New Orleans up the street from Petal. When I called and asked if they offer E-gift cards Amanda the owner informed me that they do not offer that just yet. But she kindly offered to deliver a tangible gift card to my cousins house! She put it in a pretty bag and left it on her mailbox. She did not have to do that, but it shows how much she cares about her business. I can’t wait to visit myself!!"

"Super cutesy, newly opened salon in the city! I'd been following the status of the opening and wanted to visit. Luckily, my nail tech of four years texted me soon after and told me she would be working there-- I was too excited! Tried to schedule an appointment and was having a bit of trouble, customer service A++. I was able to successfully schedule + secure my appointment. The salon is gorgeous! Pink, pink, pink. Perfect atmosphere and great location on the corner of Magazine + Melpomene. Complementary drinks + snacks. Friendly people-- a whole vibe!"
