"I have used Kiel once before and thought she did a good job with my hair so I thought I'd go back when I needed to get a trim and brought my daughter. We arrived 15 minutes early and the young lady at the front desk greeted us and told us Kiel would be with us. Kiel was still working with a client, which is why I didn't expect her to say anything to us yet. Once she finished with her, I was at the time our appointment was scheduled. She did not say anything to us and went the the back. I was assuming for a quick bite because she was gone for about 10 minutes. Another lady came from the back with a wet head and she started cutting her hair. In the meantime, she did not say a word to me or my daughter. A half hour went by and then she turned around and didn't say "Hi" or greet us. The only thing that was said was "So, which one wants to go first." She did not apologize for running behind or anything like that. When I said I would, she said to go get my hair washed. I walked in the back, sat down for a minute and decided to leave. I thought she was very unprofessional. All she needed to do was address me at 1 pm when she was finished client at that point and said she was running behind. I would have been fine with that, but I was ignored until she was ready for me 30 minutes later. I had other appointments to get to and didn't have time to wait for her. I will not be back."
