"Has gotten terrible. Last time she did my nails her child was in the chair with her climbing up her back. She keeps stopping because she always has her kids there left me sitting in the chair after waiting to play with her kids and then leave out to bring kid to her husband outside. It was too much for me"

"I’ve been coming to this salon for a while but recently the quality has plummeted. I received the dipping powder nails and they broke off within the first few days. No hard labor was done during this time. There are so many places around that I will have to resort to a new location. The business does have very nice people and will provide you with complementary water or soft drinks. I just don’t want to pay $40 for dollar tree grade nails."

"Went in for a pedi, full set, and gel polish on my daughter's finger nails. Nail tech working on my nails first had my nails filed uneven.... and nail popped off while she was doing them. Later that day my nail broke without any hard labor. Also my daughter's gel polish have came off after 2 days. I Do Not recommend going here."

"I've been going here for a while and I will NOT go back. The quality gets worse every time I go. They are down to 1 tech most days so she has started to rush. Nails on 1 hand shorter than the other. Polish thin bc they are trying to stretch. I shouldn't be able to see through gel polish. Also not happy with the obvious decline in sanitation. Tools are being used on multiple clients without being cleaned or sanitized. I literally cringed at how dirty the file was. Metal tools taken out, used, and put right back without cleaning. It used to be busy but now it's always empty and I understand why."
