"I will never come back to max nails I came to get my nails fixed I took off the color I had and had them put silver and one of the guys started a big scene with my bc I changed my nails all up bc he did my nails wrong he didn’t shape them the way I wanted to I had them shaped before I came to him and he messed them up so I came back today to get them redone and the guy that did my nails the first time cased a big scene saying he should charge me for the change of I told him I will never come back"

"I lived in Destrehan for 7 years and thought Max Nails was a good find. The owner was warm and friendly also his lovely wife. They're services was great and he combined two pink colors to create a shade perfect for me. He was awesome. Notice, l said, was! He told me if he didn't like you he would sabotage the nail to create a fungus. Wow! Really? Well, 11 years later, l was happy to return, only thing he didn't remember me! It appears l am now one of the customers he don't like. His good long time buddy didn't do a good job at all. I had the owner to fix what was needed, and there you go, another sabotage! They got me twice now my nails are jacked up. See you in court for sure. This is evil and must stop. Some people forget where they come from when they get the big head after making some. SMH ~ Pictures are not used until court ~"

"I was a walk in, they were already busy but they managed to get me seated as soon as I told them what I wanted. The one that did my nails was AMAZING, always asking me work make sure it was what I wanted. He was very patient and polite, making sure everything was to my liking. I very much enjoyed myself, I love this salon, will definitely be returning soon!"

"i am not a person to complain ever. i even left this place a tip, knowing that i didn’t like how my nails looked. i showed the guy working there the pic and he said he could do it. after he finishes my nails & left a hair in one of them, he said “thats the best i can do w that picture”. he was rushing the whole time and my nails were hurting while he did them. i would have been fine w getting solid colored nails if he had told me the picture was too hard to do. but no i ended up paying $70 for these nails and now im stuck w them because i used my nail money on this appointment. here is what i wanted vs what i got for refrence."
