"Called my shampoo “the cheap stuff” and she can’t even cut a straight line. Need a refund and a new hair cut"
"Let me start by saying I would have left if it wasn't Sunday and other places were closed or short handed. Their was only one price option which was $30; When advising it was for a kid, they said it would be $28. Both boys (each with a different stylist) needed correction on how to cut (or what to fix) after the haircut was "complete". One guy had to call another female over because he had no idea how to fix the issue I was showing him. It was almost as though they weren't fully trained when they were hired or never passed cosmetology school. Then they weren't going to wash their hair which I was told was included with the price. After insisting they was their hair for $28, they did. After leaving I still had to go home and make some minor trim corrections to each of them. Overall, it was overpriced, not good service, and I had to come home and correct their mistakes. I would highly recommend going some where else."
"Where are the prices and what comes with the haircut. I don't see prices online or in the shop. (Did I miss it) I think I was use to the old process of adding the mvp part or declining the extras. I declined the washing the hair and then charged 35$. which in my mind was getting all the extras. the Lady who cut my hair did a nice job but I was surprised about the price when it was just a cut. She said the mvp is all they offer (I'm paraphrasing). So is it one service and one price now? Update if anyone cares …. Angela cut my hair this time. She also cut my hair the first time. The haircut was great like usual and this time I saw the prices in the store $30 for a MVP. This time knowing the prices I accepted all of the extras the haircut, shampoo, hot towel, massage chair, and massage wand. I also checked in online and then once again when I was in the store. They had three ladies cutting hair, and everyone seemed nice. I’m updating my score to a 5. Thank you.!"
"Good haircut but $30 for a 12 year old is too steep. It used to be $16 or $17 and we went in for his usual. It wasn't until after his cut that they charged me $30 and when questioned said they only do the MVP now. But if I had to pay for the massage and shampoo, why wasn't be offered it? Going to have to find a new place for his cuts."
"$34 dollars for a hair cut and had to leave and pay another stylist to fix it. Clippers where extremely sharp when trimming neck line as well. Definitely not worth the price"
