I went in for a mingle grey wig. I left with two totally different colors (wigs) The color and style took a good 7-8 years off my appearance! The reason I give them a 3 is because I don't understand how you can sell half of a product. I went looking for a Nairobi relaxer, which I found, but there was no liquid activator attached or anywhere around. When I asked the staff, they said they don't believe they sell it which is confusing to me because the product is unusable w/o the activator."
