"Omg i absolutely love Bella at this place she does an amazing job and is an amazing soul!! I completely recomend!"
"They do a fabulous pedicure. I just moved here. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Friendly, takes appointments & they are always on time."
"Went in for my usual manicure and the woman doing my nails was one who had done my toes in the past but never my nails. She appeared to be very accommodating at first, but throughout the process of her filing & buffing my nails, she kept losing control of the drill and it would slip onto the same spot every time on my pinky, causing her to cut me. I could feel it starting to really burn, but I didn’t say anything. Until she got the buffing block out; she started buffing with the roughest block imaginable very sloppy so it naturally rubbed on my skin and the pain was so bad on the already open wound that I pulled my hand back and finally told her she cut me & was hurting me. She smiled, gave a light laugh, and asked for my hand back. Once she was done buffing the other nails, it was time for me to wash my hands. When I went to wash them, I put pressure on my pinky to see if I was really bleeding, and a whole glob of blood started to come out. I went back to her chair and let her know that not only had she cut me, but I was now bleeding. Again, the same smile and laugh. She then goes in AGAIN with the drill and immediately causes it to slip right onto the wound. I yanked my hand back and it had finally hit her that she cut me. She said “sorry” and put some powder they have to stop bleeding on it. She kept saying “sorry” periodically throughout the rest of my manicure, and at that point I was past forgiveness since I told her repeatedly that she had cut me and was actively hurting me. When I went up to pay, it was the same price as always. I’ve been to salons before where they cut me on accident and I don’t even notice and are so apologetic that they offer 10% off. I was genuinely worried that I was going to get an infection and all I got was a simple “sorry” with some powder to cover it up. I still left a tip anyways, but I will not be returning. I’ve been loyal to this salon & a repeat customer for over a year now, and now I have to go to Lafayette for nails since clearly no salon in Broussard truly cares about their work. Pictures truly don’t do this justice since I didn’t get to take pictures while I was bleeding in the salon. Also, my nails were uneven and certain nails were very thick. I didn’t get the name of the woman who did this, but she always wears heels."
"I came in with a set on and that needed to be soaked off, they did NOT do that but proceeded to rip my nails off with a false nail by scraping underneath them! I yelped in pain. Then we finally get to the nails I wanted just a basic clear almond nail with just a regular clear polish. I had previously asked how much it would be when i walked in she said 30. And I was like okay. So we get to the point where my nails are done. She goes to paint my nail with a clear coat that is gel! Which I DID NOT ask for! And I ended up paying 65! I was tortured, they did my nails wrong and also charged me 2x the original price. NEVER GOING HERE AGAIN!"
"It is so difficult to find a good and consistent nail salon in Lafayette. Living in Broussard, I was super excited to try this place. I arrived as soon at they opened and I was the only one there. I wasn’t greeted at all and the woman looked annoyed I was there in the first place. She was on the phone the entire time of my pedicure nudging me whenever it was time to switch sides. Another lady showed up and took over. They talked the entire time making it hard to relax or work. I was uncomfortable. No massage, nothing. An hour later I was brought to do my nails. Not sure if they just assumed that I had nowhere to be but I did have to work. The nail tech was constantly texting or talking to other coworkers. She even took a phone call where is she complaining about how busy it was going to be and how tired she is.I never write reviews but after $108 and two hours of time I didn’t have I was frustrated. Below is a picture of what I showed her I wanted and what I got. Just plain messy."
