"Rushed through both me and my friend's services. I told the lady I was in for a simple pedicure but she didn't even let me relax and the lady put wax in my friend's hair and forgot some of her eyebrow hairs. She also didn't do my friend's nail cuticles. I will definitely be looking for a different place. They also didn't understand what we were asking for like my friend asked if she could wash her hands before the service started and they told her no."
