"Bit disappointed by the full set I got here yesterday. I'm new to the area and am desperately trying to find a good nail salon and this had great reviews on Google and was recommended by friends, but didn’t quite live to expectations. The manager (Brian?) immediately sat me down and started filing my nails before I even picked out a color so I felt very stressed and rushed through the whole thing. I also felt pressured to get a powder acrylic instead of gel like I wanted since he kept pushing that it’s “better and last longer” and was only “$5 more”. But I’m not convinced that it doesn’t harm my nail beds more than the gel…He was also completely distracted the entire time and although I’ll give him credit for only cutting 2 of my fingers for such a rushed job, the end result was still really messy. I had to ask him twice to clean up the edges and it still wasn’t great. Even 24hrs later there’s powder still stuck all around my cuticles and under the nails (see photos). The most upsetting part was for $55 I would’ve expected some kind of actual “manicure” - but NO cuticle care, no nail soak even, let alone any lotion or massage like my friend got with her shellac. Which to be honest, was the whole reason I went to get nails done since I had ingrowing nails and really bad cuticles. Overall just overpriced for the end result. I give them 3 stars only for the half decent pedicure by Lilly and the “perks” like a free drink and holiday gift."

"Ken did a great job on my nails. Everyone is super friendly. I think the prices are average. I got a fill in/refill plus cut down and gel polish for $45. Plenty of color options, and they offer complimentary drinks."

"I went in an hour before closing because of my work schedule. Regardless of the time everyone was friendly and willing to help. Vicky got to working on my nails, always asking me questions to make sure I’m okay with the service. She helped me pick out colors and made sure we were on the same page about what I wanted. Even after all her coworkers left due to their workday being over, she still stayed and provided quality service. I got a simple squared French tip set and I will definitely be going back for my future sets and pedis!"
