"So that little man is her husband he's rude and arrogant I went in for a full set that did not last a week I re-enter and let them know the problem and he blames me for his insufficient work stated he's been doing nails now for 20years and he knows when it's your fault. He then went further to tell me since he can't do my nails not to come back so when a unsatisfied customer comes in and tell them about bad service they don't want to see you agaiin Im letting the public know about our money going into places like this."

"They do a Good Job but you can never depend on their hours they post! So my suggestion don’t go 2 hours before they close or you may pull up and they won’t be open! Very frustrating and not dependable!!!!"

"If I could give them no stars I would…. 2 days in row I received horrible service. The day before I signed in with machine, sat waiting to be seen. 45 minutes later 2 other people walked in trying to sign in. At the same time 2 people finished doing customers nails. The husband told the two people they didn’t have to sign in and asked them what they needed done and sat those two people. I got irritated and walked out because I had someone watching my baby. I was next to be seen and no one had acknowledged me. I didn’t want to leave my baby long since I just had him. I came back the next day with my baby who is a new born for only lashes and the husband said no kids allowed when I came in. Not hello, sorry no kids. Just straight to the his point. I attempted to ask was Mimi here since I didn’t see her because I had someone with me that could have stayed in my car with my baby. I said yeah yeah ok but is…: He interrupted me and said There’s a sign no kids… then the older lady said BYE. That is my last time at this place . I’m been coming for years but I didn’t have smaller kids then. This is my first time here as a new parent and they were extremely rude… just poor service. And it’s sad because “Mimi” does good nails and lashes, but I won’t patronize a business that doesn’t have good customer service. Sad because the black parts of town always have to have mail shops like this. I get kids run wild through shops but a new born that sleep most of the time would not have cause any problems in your shop. Nor would it had hurt to first listen and see what I was trying to say"
