"I walked in on a Tuesday morning about 11:30 a.m. I wrote down my services I wanted. I then sat down and waited for about 5 minutes. There was only one chair being used and several vacant. I decided to walked out and spend my money with a more eager and fast paced shop. However I am not sure if they do good work or not, but there was several employees talking and walking pass me and not wanting to work , so therefore I'll spend my money elsewhere."

"If I could leave 0 stars I WOULD! These people FORGET that we are PAYING customers and they NEED our business to stay in business! The lash tech is rude and very unprofessional! The nail and toe tech tried watching an ENTIRE MOVIE while doing my toes & became upset because she messed up my toes while doing so! They do not correct THEIR MISTAKES and they do not like BLACKS , but they know that OUR BLACK race is their BEST business!! If you ask them to fix their mistake , They will tell you not to come back and talk to you very rudely! Another customer came in and seen I was upset and asked me “ what was going on” when explaining to the customer that they are upset because I am asking them to correct my toes, the tech stated “ Don’t talk to my customer” I would not recommend anyone to go there. They will stick together! So when you voice your opinion about one they will ALL treat you poorly and give unsatisfactory performances!"

"The women who does the lashes is the most rudest and unprofessional Bish!!! She will never get my money with her cheap as lashes and dirty shop .. It is so dirty inside but there cheap and now I see why.. She will be rude then want to fuss like she don’t need the customers.. There bathrooms had no tissue and the toilet was dirty… Horrible service and a horrible experience all the way around .. Do not go there"
