"Went in this business at approximately 5pm (they close at 6:30). First she asked me what I wanted to do to my nails and if I needed a refill. I told her I would like for them to be redone and she proceeds to tell me she cannot do nails. Only pedicures as a woman sat getting her nails done. Then the other lady spoke up claiming someone left for the day. Offered to do pedis only with an hour and half left before closing. Poor customer service!"

"Went here 5 times this last time she put someone in front of me I still don’t know why. If they hadn’t buffed my nails I would have left! Me nor the lady behind me had an appointment. so she asked if someone else can do my nails(I'm clearly the next in line) after I asked for her specifically as well. all because she wanted to do the other lady and not mine still don’t know why she claims("the lady nails was gonna take her a long time to do", I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT HAD TO DO WITH ME) and said she had to leave early, but I doubt that was true. she just wanted to push her friend up sooner. Candy isn’t friendly at all, only to certain ppl. I'm a newbie so you would think she would be more friendly. I want her to know my money spends just as well as the next person. I can’t spend my money somewhere where I’m not treated fairly"

"I called 2 days in advance for a pedicure and asked if they had any appointment available. I was told yes and yes my appointment. On my appointment date, I walked in, was not greeted right away just looked at. I was finally asked what service I needed. I stated that I had a appointment for 11am. Was told they had no record of my appointment and that was the end of the conversation. No I'm sorry, we can still get you in...nothing. I will not be going back."

"My favorite nail salon in Lafayette was closed today therefore I went to this nail salon just because of proximity. And I am so mad at myself that I couldn’t wait three more days until my favorite nail salon opened up. My friend received the ugliest dip powder nails ever. Also I had gotten and acrylic set and asked for an outline/border edge. My manicurist did not even know how to properly do border nails which are actually pretty popular now and I had to consistently tell her to taper the ends. At one point I wanted to grab the nail polish and do the design myself. The design is not even difficult at all. Also when I had asked about nail pricing, the nail salon tech started laughing and speaking in her native Language with her colleague, Which was very rude and unprofessional. I can say this because I also am bilingual and that is not polite. Also with Covid right now, my nail salon tech was not wearing her mask and not wearing gloves while doing my manicure. Other nail salons are actually wearing gloves during this pandemic."

"I love this shop! Best in Lafayette! The service is wonderful and the people are very respectful. The nails are done beautifully! I always get compliments on them. They get you done in and out! Which is definitely convenient at times. Some workers can not understand English, but they still try and communicate, which is sweet of them. I don’t expect them to have a full blow conversation with me, because how can we, if we don’t speak the same language! But since the nails are so beautifully done. I don’t mind at all! I rather them focus on making my nails look good anyway, that’s what I came here for, for my nails to look beautiful and clean. Definitely nice and relaxing! I would definitely recommend this shop to someone and come here all the time!"
