"My child asked for a long wolf cut, with plenty of hair to work with. He received something not even remotely close to the inspiration pics. She took out buzz clippers and now the back of his hair is almost even with his ears at toothbrush length. The back was not blended at all. He looked like he went through a wood chipper. It was about 4-5 inches shorter than he asked for. Kind of insane. We went to the headquarters and they were able to fix my child's hair and we're also horrified at the job done. I don't complain, but by the time we walked to the car, my child was crying. I've never seen him lose confidence in himself like that. Highly recommend anyone considering this place to go to a salon with quality stylists."

"Not worth it - go somewhere else for. Shop was empty, lady who attempted to cut my hair was extremely nosy , useless “small-talk for tips” and had her tip jar with 5 dollar bills neatly set up - but delivering a proper haircut as per customers’s wish? Not so much."
