"When I checked in, I was so nervous about cutting my hair & was almost in tears & Mrs. Bonnie at the desk was so kind to me. It had been 2 years & some months since I cut my hair because of medical issues, & I was so worried my hair was in really bad shape. Destiny T greeted me with a smile & was so sweet. When I sat in her chair, she was extremely gentle when brushing my hair. She had her instructor, Mrs. Michelle checked me before Destiny went to shampoo my hair. Destiny did a phenomenal job cutting my hair another one of her instructors Mrs. Bianca did her final check. Destiny & her instructors all said my hair was not as bad as I thought it was, which set my mind at ease. When I checked out, I was greeted by Mrs. Bonnie who asked about my experience, and I told her it was amazing (which it was). Thank you again, CTC, for making my experience extremely comfortable & not stressful at all."
