"All nails is the one and only place to go!! The service is great. The workers are wonderful and they do excellent work. ☺"
"These ladies work hard and they do a good job, but... The facilities are needing a good cleaning. It's obvious they reuse instruments, which is not acceptable. And if it's close to closing time, they say yes we can do it but then rush and might miss part of a nail and possibly cause a cuticle injury. Color selection isn't the best. And when a worker is on break, hanging out on a pedicure chair isn't the most professional choice... Also, why was there only 1 shared solar light in the whole shop, which needed to be cleaned as well. Maybe no one cares, but I probably will not be a repeat customer."
"Let's start with the good. The location is clean and organized. **The prices seem fair (I'll explain further later). Now that's all for the good for me. I asked for the gel on my nails to be soaked off, not ground off. I didn't even need a manicure, just a simple soak off and gel put back on. She let my nails soak, then ground then down because she didn't have a scraper or file with the right grit. I have naturally hard nails so in order for my nails to be soft, you've got to grind them too much. Anyone that gets gel knows that you soak it off, scrape the residual, and bug your nails. It may be tedious, but I live my natural nails and don't like acrylic. If a salon wants to do acrylic only, don't offer natural services and then ruin my nails. My service doesn't take long but when done well, is worth just as much to me for paying $20 as the person paying $80 for acrylic. $20 is fair for a quick nail polish change only if you're customer is happy. If they are unhappy, it wasn't worth a dime or the time for either party. Before I walked out my nail polish has runs and dimples. To be clear, my nails looked worse going out than they did when I walked in. No, I don't want a response, no I don't want a refund, no I don't want a credit. I want people to give good service."
