"I visited the Lafayette, la store searching for products for my wife. I was helped by Cheyenne and she is a 5 star employee. She was professional, friendly, courtesy and went completely out of her way to help me. It was obvious I was out of my element and she could not have been any more helpful. I spent $148 and probably would have not spent a dime if not for the exceptional attention & recommendations Cheyenne provided. Was easy to tell she enjoys her job and an asset to Ulta…."

"Rude staff. After waiting (and waiting) in line, I was called to a register. As I approached, the cashier answered the phone. When I got there she made a little shooing motion with her hand and told me she was on the phone and she couldn’t check me out. When I responded that she had called me up, she rolled her eyes and said “well I can’t check you out now.” That meant I had to go all the way to the back of the line and wait in line again. The cashier, Amber, who ended up checking me out was very nice. I wish I could identify the rude one, but she was the only cashier not wearing a name tag. It’s the Target Ulta or online ordering for me."

"I stopped by the Ulta on ambassador in Lafayette La and decided to shop for some perfume. I did not enjoy my shopping experience at all. As soon as I decided to smell a few of the perfumes, I felt like I was being watched/talked about (they use their walkie talkies to do so). I couldn’t shop in peace because one of the workers was constantly disturbing me the whole time. I went into the store with a desire to purchase something but walked out empty handed because of the horrible shopping experience. I’ll just shop at another location from now on."

"Got a haircut from Brett tonight and I’m so happy with how it turned out! I already shop here quite often but this was my first time ever getting a haircut at Ulta. I was a bit nervous at first, but I always am when getting a haircut and normally avoid them until I absolutely have to get it done. I will definitely be back to have my hair done by him way more often now! I just simply told him what I wanted and it came out exactly as I envisioned and he’s also very sweet. Highly recommend!"
