C T Nails

"I've been going there a couple times and every time I go I get the male Tech. He always seems like a has a attitude. I'll always ask to get gel medicare. And they try to give you something else. That you didn't ask, for then they tried getting an attitude about it. This is this is the 1st n last time i go there . It charged me $55 for."

I recently started getting in to the nail art side, they are always excited for my designs, and help me modify them to my nail shape. They are affordable, kind, and do a fantastic job. I have gotten everything from regular polish, gel, and dip. They do it all; and do it well!!"

"Went in for a basic pedicure. I soaked for 3 mins seems like and the lady took one of those pads (hard block) to wash my feet… let the water out and put towels on my legs. Went to the next chair gave her a whole pedicure with water the ENTIRE TIME‼️ the guy comes over to finish me and starts to take my polish off… then rinses the shavings off with water. All the cuticle cutting was done dry and not like the person next to me at all. So i asked her what kind she was getting and she said basic. When i said oh but you had water and i didnt she looked like omg. She (customer) said i told her basic, i hope she heard me. Bc she knew we didn’t receive the same customer service. When i complained everybody was rude, she (salon employee) said the lady(first person to start my pedi) didn’t know how to remove my polish so the other guy did it. Unacceptable. Then when i said I’m not paying the full amount bc i didn’t get full customer service she called the guy owner who in return rudely said “so why you not paying”. We walked outside where he was still rude and i said i didn’t say i wasn’t paying. But I’m not paying $45, he said $35 and i said well i told her i would pay $30 and she lied and i said $0. He said ok i can do that and still punches in $35 which i was fine with that. But never again. Not to mention my toe nails are not shaped the same. Would not recommend. Only went there bc my regular nail shop was full. And, i didn’t see them clean up after a pedicure was complete. Disgusting"

"The salon was very dirty. There were dirty paper towels on the floor. The station they told me to sit at had nail clippings all over. When the male tech sat down to do my nails, he was very rude and acted as if he didn’t want to do my nails. I hated my nails, but I still left a tip for him. He never thanked me or said have a nice day. I would not recommend this salon to anyone! All I asked for was a soak off and dip powder on my real nails. He used a nail to rip my acrylic nails off. I’ve never had that happen and it hurt like hell while he was doing it. I am literally embarrassed of these nails. I could have done a better job myself."
