"Be careful on which chair you happen to end up w. Chance is rude, no people skills at all which is crazy for a hairstylist, wouldn’t make eye contact or even answer questions asking for his opinion on which way is best to help trim my son’s hairlicks so that his hair doesn’t stick straight up, right on his front hairline. The back of his hair was patchy and his line up wasn’t even. I asked for a towel to get all the trimmed hairs he left on my son’s face and neck after he was finished, no effort to clean him up at all!!! Disappointing, it’s a good location but don’t end up w a stylist just because they’re the first chair open."

"I am so particular about my hair being colored by someone that I have done it myself for over 15 years. I recently had surgery with a 4-6 month recovery period and during this time I was unable to do any of the up keep that comes with maintaining the health of my hair while I am coloring it. I found that the task of coloring my hair became too much for me. I found Family Hair Care, I went to meet the ladies before I even made an appointment to get a feel for their personalities. I set my appt for two days later, Kayla had such patience with me trying to pick my color. When she thought that the color I had chosen may not be exactly what I wanted she conferred with a couple of the others and then bravely told me that it needed to be a shade darker than I had picked... after a few moments, I decided to trust her. I LOVED IT. It was perfect !!!! I go back every 5/6 weeks for her to do my hair !! All of Ladies are talented and know their art! The atmosphere is fun and the work flow laughter is contagious. I am especially thankful for their help when I was learning to navigate my wheelchair through the salon, while trying to run everyone over. Thank You. Thank You. Thank You."
