"Honestly I’m never going here again I gave this place another try and now my pink finger has an infection after removing the nails. The guy who did them was so rude and rough I said ouch so many times and he continued to be on his phone and pay more attention the ladies doing pedicures and what they’re doing. My finger is throbbing please don’t go here !!!"
"The male staff member that works there is completely dismissive when it comes to reference photos. I specifically told him what I wanted and showed him the picture multiple times but ended up doing a design of his own choice even after I stopped him well before he got too. Since I was on a time schedule that day, I had to leave directly after service and informed them to how I was unhappy with the service and they told me to come back so they can fix it. Since pink tips was to complicated for them I requested a simpler nail design which was just a solid color. Afterwards, it was closing time for them and they had the audacity to charge me for a service that was supposed to fix/make up for the initial service that they messed up on. Will not recommend to anyone with the service I received."
