"A friend bought me a pedicure here and I used it today. This was my first visit. I decided to go ahead and get a manicure while I was here. I'm sorry, but that was the worst pedicure I have ever had. The girl who did it was very young and inexperienced. She nipped me a few times while removing my cuticles; she massaged my right leg with that scratchy exfoliant for a good 15 minutes (while daydreaming) and I had to express to her that she'd been on the same spot for too long and it was hurting me; then she massaged my left leg for about 3 minutes. When she finished, she guided me over to the chair to get a manicure. THEN she disappeared in the back for about 10 minutes, came out and was about to start someone else's pedicure. The manager had to holler at her to remind her that she was supposed to do my manicure. Well, she messed around for another 10 minutes and was still doing so when I just gave the lady my gift certificate for the pedicure and I said that I was just gonna go. So I left. Their loss. Oh and NOT TO MENTION, they didn't even have any of those chairs that massage your back! My friend, David talked that place up like it was some sort of palace or something. They really didn't have much of a selection of polishes, either. I'm NEVER going back!"

"Been going to this nail salon for at least 2 years. I have been trying to call them for an appointment for 2 weeks. I walked in today and told them every time I try to call it goes directly to voicemail. They shared that when someone doesn’t show up for their scheduled appointment, they block their number. I told them I had never called to get an appointment and not show (EVER). I typically get an appointment between 10 minutes to an hour because I live very close. They did my nails today and unblocked my number (so he said). It is sad that I now have to find a new nail salon because I was falsely accused of something. The woman is rude and I did not feel welcomed. I WILL NOT be going back."
