"If you need waxing services do not go anywhere else. European Wax Center is by far the best place I've gone and had the best experience. Lauren did a great job and the front receptionist that day was extremely helpful and super sweet as well (I didn't catch her name). I would highly recommend it! Edit: I had a bit of a bad experience this time that made me not want to return. I had an email promo for 50% off my next service. I booked it and it didn't take the 50% off, so I called and asked if it would be granted. I told them if not, then I wanted to downgrade the package to a cheaper service since I couldn't afford that one at full price at the moment. I just wanted to try it while I had the promo to see if I would be interested in spending the extra money on it in the future. I was told they could give me the 50% at check out and that we would discuss it when I got there. I talked to them when I got there BEFORE I had anything done and told them again if the 50% wouldn't work that I needed to pick something else and they insisted it was fine. After we were done, first they tried to charge me full price - then refused the 50% and said I could only have a little taken off... I told them that wasn't what I was told NUMEROUS times and that I could not afford that. So I got stuck paying extra after being told several times I would get the 50%. They should not have told me I would get the 50% if they were not going to give it to me, because I could not afford that. I won't be returning and that disappoints me, because Vivi did do a great job regardless. I was pleased with her, but couldn't leave as big of a tip since I was charged more... I would love to go back to her, but do not want to risk being overcharged again and do not like the way everything was handled... I'll find a better place."
