"I've been going to this Nail Salon for right under 6 months. Every visit is a wonderful experience and everyone is very friendly. A friend of mine was going through a horrible break up and they made him feel right at home and always ask how he is doing when I come by for my lash appointment. Amazing ladies! My pedicure was amazing and my lashes always look great."
"Ling ling is my girl! I really appreciate the personal approach to her customer service. I’m able to reach her directly and schedule appointments by text message which is also very convenient. Her work is very detailed and she has a good steady hand when drawing designs. She even drew a design for me that she had never seen before but replicated it perfectly. For the level of customer service you receive here, this is also the cheapest nail place that I have been to in Baton Rouge. I would highly recommend coming here to get your nails done and make sure that you ask for Ling Ling! Also this is more of an adults only vibe a great place for adults to get away and relax. And if you become a regular and there’s no parking in the front they may just let you in the back door;)"
"Very rude and unprofessional staff. I was getting a pedicure when the lady was very aggressively using the nail clipper and stabbing under my nail beds. I was crying in pain and one of my nails were bleeding. Instead of apologizing, she was arguing with me that she did not hurt me. This was my first time at this establishment and definitely the last. I could not believe how awful the service was."
"they took there time . unlike exotic nails they did not rush to get to the next person. They kept doing me . They didnt go rough at all . Soon as you walk in the door you would hear “ goodafter noon , how you doing” i 100% recommend excellent nails"
"WORST PEDICURE EVER!!!! My future sister-in-law and I went there for a girl's day out. They jacked up out feet!!! I really wish I had taken a picture of my toes, they weren't even painted right; there was paint on my actual toes.. not just my toe nail! When the woman was clipping the cuticles she took off a decent chunk of my skin and I bled the rest of the time I was there. The place was dusty and seemed unhygienic. They did not clean the tools or the foot tubs well. I would recommend NOT going there. It was truly that bad. Also, I did get an infected toe there, as well as awful ingrown nails."
