"I went to this nail shop to get my eye brows waxed. The lady wax my brows very quickly and they were uneven. I told her to charge my card. She said, “ No $10 cash, I will charge your card $11 if u pay with card. I gave her the $10 cash that I needed to do something with. So, I went back to her before I left and told her that my brows are uneven, which I told her several times before I got out the chair. (The lightening in the wax room is dim). She argued with me and then decided to try to fix it. She waxed my brow that I didn’t complain about. I told her before she waxed it that the right one was ok. So, now she jacks up my brows worse. Then, she waxes the right brow that was thinner than the left brow. I asked her to get a blade and shape them or tweeze them. She told me that I messed up my brows repeatedly. Now, I see that she’s crazy and a CROOK. She continued to holler at me telling me I messed up my eyes brows and I shape them up myself. I told her I just paid you $10, u shape them up. She refuse to fix them although I told her to just make them thin since she jacked them up. I told her Thank you even though this so call professional expert just jacked me up and played me out of $10. DO NOT GO TO THIS NAIL SHOP!!!"

"Doesn't deserve any stars.... went on Monday nails were lifting before I left. Told the lady she put super glue on them. Tuesday I called she said come in on Wednesday. The lady wasn't even gonna take the nails off. I asked for my money back. She gave me my money back but she had a attitude. I'm sorry I'm paying for a service oh she told me It was my nails that's why it did that."

"The website says they close at 6 on Sunday’s. I arrived at 5:30 and she turned me away sayin she was closed. They must not like money"

"I went to this nail place on 2/26/2023 was the first customer my daughter and I maybe 30 minutes later Customer was coming in every 3 minutes seem like the lady that was doing my pedicure was doing really good well she did amazing but I guess the owner did my full set begin to rush the nails was way to short for me and sloppy when I start complaining she left me and did two other ppl pedicure. She definitely lost my business."

"Asked lady to soak my nails off. Did not listen, peeled overlay off my nails and ruined my nails that I was trying to grow out. Asked for gray nails I got more of a sky blue. I was extremely tired so I just went with it but the lady does not listen to what you ask for. You can also tell the gloves she was wearing hadn't been changed for several hours."
