"My husband and I had the worst experience here. Our saleswoman, Brooke, tried to sneak in a $1,299 service contract charge that she never even mentioned when we were going over the bike. It wasn't until we were at the bank to get our loan that we looked at the buy order Brooke faxed to the bank and our jaws hit the floor in shock. This charge that was never even mentioned took the price of this used bike from just under $7000 to $9000. That is unprofessional and very deceitful. Also, we felt like no one at Shreveport cycles wanted anything to do with because we were buying used. Well the next day after this we decided to give 3 State Harley Davidson a try and they were incredibly helpful. My husband was in and out within 2 hours with a used Road King and we LOVE it. We were treated with respect and no hidden fees. Just a warning for you if you buy a bike from Shreveport cycles to read the fine lines.."
