"My hair WAS long and curly (almost waist length). I told Patsy? to cut it to mid back length in the pony and save it so I could donate it, cut and style with long layers that started about shoulder length. First she cut it just The ponytail off a few inches below my shoulder. OK shorter than I asked for but dealable. I mentioned it, and told her layer it long with the front around my shoulder because the curls will spring up. She started in the back where i couldn't see how she was cutting it , next thing I know, I've got a shoulder length reverse bob with layers starting about 4 inches long at the top of my head in the back and ending above my shoulder. As soon as I noticed I stopped her. My hair was butchered. Her coworker took over and tried to do what he could, but there was no recovery for 10 inches of hair. I left crying looking like carrot top. Thank god Paris Parker had an opening and was able to salvage it into a decent style but it will take a year or more to grow back to the length and style it was supposed to be."
