"I first went to Cottman because my vehicle was making a noise. Jason looked at it and discovered it was only a missing bolt that needed to be replaced. My vehicle is now 11 years old so when they had took care of the bolt I asked them to let me know if there was anything else that needed attention. Two issues, the CV joint which need to replaced immediately and the brakes within the next month or two. I was given an estimate from Todd and I brought the vehicle in the morning when they open to have the CV joint replaced and was charged exactly what the estimate was and the job was done by the end of that same day. Sure enough, within a two months my brakes began to grind. Again, I brought it in in the morning, was charged according to estimate, and received the vehicle by the end of the same day. I purchased a new battery from a local auto parts shop and the guy there told me my alternator maybe going bad. I recently brought my vehicle in believing my alternator need to be replaced. I received a call from Todd explaining that my alternator is running properly and it did not need to be replaced. I was very grateful for his honesty. I would not trust anyone but Todd, Jason, and their crew to work on my vehicle. These guys are a rare find in this business and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks."
