"I was charged $28 for the cut and shampoo. The lady was extremely nice but my hair was SOAKED when I left. I had to walk through Walmart shopping with my shirt completely wet as well. I've also never had haircuts where they do the least amount of what they can do. Usually they make sure that each side is even with each other by pulling the hair and looking, using a comb and making sure the hair is combed completely. None of this was done. I guess I will see if my hair ends up looking funny and uneven. I guess the days of true hair salon quality is out the window. It isn't always about having a great attitude when you are working with the customer."
