Creative Nails

"This was so rude. Website states this business closes at 6pm on Sundays. I pulled in the parking lot at 4:45pm. I get out the car walked to the door and the guy locks the door before I can pull on it looking dead at me. I’m a regular customer. If you want to close at 5pm, change the hours on your website. I think I would’ve appreciated them telling me sorry we’re not taking any more clients at this time then to watch me walk to your door and lock it."

"This place used to be the go to place for nails. Service has gone down, poor customer service, they don’t acknowledge you upon entering. I know prices have changed, but their prices changes based on if they are busy or slow. This is not good business ethics because they do not provide great service. The place used to be kept clean, not anymore it could use a good deep cleaning."

"This is my second time visiting Creative nails. The first was months ago. I went in for a short set. I sat in the chair and the tech who began my nails was very unfriendly. She was also on her cell having a conversation the whole time. She rushed my nails so quickly that the acrylic was lumpy. The polish job was done terribly. She snatched my fingers the whole time I was getting them done. Today I went in early around 10, A woman was called from the back several times before appearing. When she sat she seemed very irritated. She was watching and infomercial about clothing on her phone and repeatedly took her eyes off my hand. I was cut about two times. Not to mention I have a clear lump of polish that was cured with a UV light on my nails. I remained kind the whole while there. When this visit reached and end I ask for a receipt which was tossed at me.I said “No, the other one, I would like to leave a tip. she said “Oh that’s good.” I left a tip because I do understand people have bad days, but this customer service was very trash."

"They go to fast. All my nails were not the same length. My polish wasn't exactly what I asked for and my fake eye lashes were messed up. I usually go to them a lot but now I'm switching. They should take their time and do it right for the money we have to pay them."

"Update: Came in for a pedicure today. My left foot soaked for approximately .5 seconds before the guy started working on my cuticles. Every snip hurt! When he got to my right foot he cut my big toe bad enough to where it wouldn't stop bleeding. He didn't put anything on my cut! While my feet were in the hot towel he grabbed the plastic wrap from the tub and passed it through my legs.. When it was time to paint the toes he squeezed every toe which was uncomfortable especially on the cut. He finished the paint up with brushing acetone on the perimeter of my nails which burned my cut so badly! I will NOT be returning. Enter at your own risk."
