"Highly recommended. What I like about this place is that they run the computer to diagnose problems, but then they also take the time to troubleshoot. They try harder than most places to find the simplest way to solve the problem, not to merely replace a part identified by the computer. They stand behind their work, too. on my last visit, they fixed a misfiring issue at no charge because they say the fix was related to a prior tuneup I had done with them. They could easily have charged me, but they did not."
"Horrible place to get your vehicle fixed. I got my vehicle towed to them because it wouldn’t start. After telling the guy to diagnose it he called me back saying it was fixed without telling me what was wrong with it and that I owed him $1,000.00 for a fuel pump. I asked him to break down the charges and he started to get belligerent. I stated to him that I never signed any paperwork nor did I give him the ok to fix it. He then continued to tell me the longer that I kept my vehicle there and didn’t give him his money that he will then start to charge me a storage fee. I tried to get NOPD involved but they said all I could do is sue him which is what I’m going through court proceedings now for. Shady mechanic!"
