"Loved the atmosphere! The ladies started on my hair at 7a.m. and was finished before 1:00. I absolutely love my braids."
"I’m very disappointed. I got my hair done literally two hours ago. First the heater is not working. It’s very cold in the shop while people are coughing. I wore a mask the whole time hopefully that worked. It took from 9-4 for my box braids. I asked for knotless but was told no box braids better. While she was braiding my hair, she would ask is it too tight? I would tell her yes. Literally when she was done and dip my hair in hot water, she burned the side of my face. She was very apologetic. When I got to my car, my whole head was on fire. I tried going home placing a wet towel on it! I had to take them down. She wanted me to come back because she can “do something”. I explained Ma’am I have a child and unable to come and sit again. She didn’t want to refund not even $40. I paid $200 and understood it was time wasted on both end. I am unable to go back and forth but wanted to make others aware. This was my 3rd time going but last!"
"I asked for box braids medium size and she didn’t even braid my hair all the way down to the end and she provided the hair which was reasonable for the price but THE QUALITY OF HER BRAIDING SKILLS ARE TRASH PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY ON THIS LADY THANKS. Have A Great Day"
"Called about micro braids and lady stated on the phone price to be $180 appointment was set for Thursday, August 2nd for 9am. Get there at 8:30 she arrives late after calling her twice to ensure she was coming. Finally arrives and now I have to take her in my car to get the hair when she stated she has hair already. Come back she begins to braid my hair the entire time while on the phone. In the middle of braiding she states she has to leave due to a sick baby and needed the money to buy the meds for her baby. She leaves me there hair not done at 2:30 as she stated because I had to be to work for 3pm. She finally returns and finish at almost 4pm. Very disappointed hair was half braided and she states that micro braids are braided half way. My real hair is showing through the braids and I have to keep my hair in a ball in order for my real hair not to show. She then states after she finish my hair that I have to pay somebody to flat iron my hair and that I owe her $200.00. I informed her that u stated on the phone $180.00 how is it now $200.00 and my hair is half done. She then stated take the $20 I owe her and get someone to flat iron it. Spoke with several braiders and stylists and they stated there is no way to flat iron my hair because it would melt the braid and she was supposed to braid it the length of my real hair. I am very disappointed and when I asked her about finishing the braid she stated it would be an additional $50.00 to braid it the way it should of been at first. My first time coming here and my last time coming here very very unhappy with my hair."
"I will never go back to them, I call asked them how much she told me $180 and I told her that was high, so then she said $170. Well what I asked for they did!'t do it. And needless to say my braids started coming out in the back within a week. I asked them not to pulled my hair and they did. I got my hair braided on August 20th and I had to take them out on September 19th, because they was hanging like a thread, pulling my hair. I have had better service and not charged a different price. I ended up spending $200 on a braids that was suppose to last at least 3 months. What a waste of my money and time. Which they told me it would only take 4hrs and it turned into 8hrs. A highly disappointed customer. I learned from my mistake not to go back."
