"Poor Communication!!! I asked repeatedly for them to send me a copy of the price for service and did not get one. The prices I was quoted on the phone did not mean anything. I had an appointment with them early in the day and they kept my car over night They will wait until the last min to do the work and you have to call to even get an update. Waste of time!!"

"I'm so thankful for Ford. My 2003 Taurus is still in great condition. I'm updating my air condition and power steering system. The power steering went bad when I stop running it during the coronavirus pandemic, but I'm on top of it. Love my Ford car and 2005 F-150. Just need to add an exhaust tip to it. Every now and then the F-150 want start, but all I have to do is put it in neutral and it starts right up, Yes! Thanks Ford, I appreciate your vehicles. They makes life easier and convenient.
