"Definitely do not recommend this place. My mom recently got a toe fungus here, & my own experience here was that the owner’s wife was extremely rude and acts like she doesn’t want to be bothered."

"They did a great job but for a deluxe pedi and eyebrows but deluxe is $50 and eyebrows are $15 and they charged me $95 which is a complete difference."

"Our nail tech was extremely impatient and rude to my 7 year old daughter. She ignored my child when she asked questions about her nail color and was curt, at best. Secondly, she was visibly annoyed and aggravated when my 7 year laughed during the foot scrub. She rolled her eyes and sighed. Lastly, she charged us $125 for a kids shape/cut gel, kids gel pedi, and a French manicure. Each subpar service she provided was coupled with a distasteful attitude. If people are choosing to patronize your business, they shouldn’t be subjected to such disdainful behavior. Do not waste your money here."

"I went one evening to get pedicure. I ask for a design and the lady that did the pedicure said she couldn’t do a design but the lady in the back could so I said ok and told her what I wanted. When pedicure was done she went to the back to get the other lady and she came back and said the lady said she was tired. I’m like how are you tired and this your business. So I was angry paid and said I’ll never go back cause the lady in back had a nasty attitude and 2 weeks later had an infection on my left big toe. I don’t recommend this place at all. Take your business elsewhere. Bad attitudes."

"Just a little FYI I wouldn’t advise anyone to do business at Sun nail spa in Bossier. I took my daughter to this place to get individual eye lashes done for her birthday, the next day the whole middle part of the lash came out. I took her back up there and they said that the person who did her lashes was not there and told me to come back “tomorrow” the next day I went back up there and they told me once again that the lady that did the lashes wasn’t in but she would definitely be there “tomorrow” I’m back up here right now 9/30/21 at 2:40 pm Now the whole lash fell off, we paid for individual lashes but now that they are coming off we realized that it’s not individual lashes. I walk in today and the guy had a smirk on his face and he said she isn’t there today so I asked for a refund, he said he can’t give a refund because the girl isn’t there but she will be there “tomorrow” It took everything in me to stay in character, not only did they refuse to give her a refund they refuse to fix it and continue to say come back “tomorrow” I will never go back again as far as conducting business but they will see me again because at this point it’s not about the money or the lashes, it’s about the principle.
