"Trinity RV, LLC in my humble opinion is the only company to call if you find yourself in need of RV maintenance or repair while in the New Orleans, LA area. Jason Guidry runs the business and has a team of technicians that are dedicated to making the client walk away with a smile. I had damaged my AC while in the Keys in Florida and could not find anyone in either the Keys or my next destination, New Orleans, LA that could rise to the occasion and meet my travel schedule needs. Upon sharing my woe is me story one sweltering hot Louisiana afternoon with Ms. Cessileh at the New Orleans RV and Marina, she suggested that I try to contact Trinity RV, LLC. Well, thank the Lord for Ms. Cessileh and for Jason Guidry and his business, Trinity RV, LLC! Jason sent Calvin to my rescue the very next morning and my AC was fixed in just about one hour. The cost was comparable to what the others in the area had quoted me, but only Jason and Trinity RV, LLC were able to fit a technician into my schedule. Even longer story; short. Jason then rose to the occasion when I mentioned needing regular maintenance on my generator and to have my holding tanks cleaned. All three jobs were completed in less than two and a half hours. Jason and his crew of technicians seem to be honest, knowledgeable and very hardworking folks, dedicated to doing the job right and making clients happy. So, take it from me, if you need RV service and are near New Orleans, LA don't waste time calling around. Just call Trinity RV, LLC. Ask for Jason, tell him Ms. DeLaine sent you.
