"We are from Houston, but my son goes to school at Loyola. His car was flooded back during some heavy rain after Thanksgiving. Naturally I was worried about finding some place I could trust and would do quality work to check and remediate his car. Someone recommended Kev’s Kars. We took his car to Kev’s and we were not disappointed. They checked his car over totally, engine and powertrain, electrical, interior, etc. The remediated and fixed everything that needed fixing and they did it all for a reasonable price. But most of all I trusted them. I dealt with 3 people at Kev’s, the mechanical side, the interior side, and the office manager, they all were pleasant and responsive. I think one of the best things that Kev’s instills in their employees and culture is the importance of communicating with the customer. I never felt out of the loop when dealing with the folks I worked with. If my son has any car needs while he’s in New Orleans, Kev’s Kars will be our place."

"Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. My insurance suggested this company since it was in network, but I’m very displeased with my service. My car got towed in on a Friday evening. I had to get 2 new wheels and 2 tires and it took over a week for them to finish working on my vehicle. Said they would communicate and keep me updated, that didn’t happen. I had to continuously call every few days for updates. They NEVER called me. They didn’t even call and tell me it was ready for pickup. When I finally picked up my car, my charger was missing from my port. Told them & one of the workers gave me his, but mine shouldn’t have been stolen. They charged me for “tire disposal” but then left the tire in my vehicle and didn’t return my spare! :) (imagine that!) They did not call or alert or tell me that they kept my spare tire. I went back to request a refund for the tire disposal and to get my spare tire back. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else!"
