"if i could give 0 stars i would. i usually google what i need before i go there but the lady with long curly orange hair asked if i needed help. so i asked her if i need 10 developer for ion permanent dye. she said not if you are tinting it. fast forward to tonight when i dye my hair the hair dye of course it didnt work. it didnt change AT ALL. not to mention, im going tomorrow morning and taking my maternity pictures. i have no time to fix it. train your workers to say they dont know what they are talking about if they dont know, instead of wasting your customer time and money on dye and now messing up my pictures."

"I usually go there to get shampoo, combs, brushes and polish. This last visit their workers were just rude. Im looking and shopping, they ask me if I need any help and I asked 1 question and 2 workers just rude. Why ask if a customer needs help then be rude. Houma location"

I don't know her name but she had long hair, she was very knowledgeable about all the products and eager to help me get the right stuff. She definitely deserves recognition for being amazing.
