"Sold me a hair product that expires in less than 4 months & refuses to issue a cash refund, only store credit. Owner would not exchange the unopened-products out because they are chemicals. As an honest customer, that spent over $80 on hair products, I feel robbed out of my money! I’ve been supporting this beauty supply company faithfully since 2013, a total of 7+ years, supporting both locations over the years (Grand Caillou and West Park). But, I promise I won’t spend another penny with this company. I’m highly disappointed with the customer service!"
