"so I came here to get my lashes done because the prices were reasonable and I know people who have previously got there lashes done here. I came about a week and a half ago, I asked for a cat eye but on the thicker side, ( I DID NOT get what I asked for) but paid for it anyway. They lasted a while with no issues up until last night, I had this very sharp pain on my left eye and both of my eyes were swollen. (I had been taking care of them to the best of my abilities) as well. So I decide I wanted to take them off I searched online for some products I can use to take them off without damaging my natural lashes (I understand getting a removal was the best option but I was in pain and figured it shouldn’t be too hard.) So, I used Vaseline, baby oil, micellar water, hot water on rag, and coconut oil. I would put a product on let it sit for 15 mins then put the hot rag and let it soak, but it WOULDNT even budge.. I was confused as to why not one of the products I used even helped to remove the lashes, I was in so much pain and was very uncomfortable. I eventually had to pull them off as slow as I could after 2 HOURS off trying those remedies to remove them. I now have no natural lashes. There is no way that this salon used lash glue. I can’t even rip the glue off the extension, that’s how strong it is. They should not be allowed to put this glue on peoples eyes. I understand that going get a removal done is what I should have stuck to, but I was in pain. but even if, There is no WAY that glue should have been SO STRONG that nothing I tried or no product couldn’t even remotely remove it. And pulled almost every single one of my natural lashes out. It’s insanity. I will never be going back."
