"Truck had engine trouble in heavy rainy weather and I had to pull into a convenience store in Norco. I called a couple of towing companies, but they were all busy because of the weather. Called R&D and Rohan told me he was on a job, but would get to me next in about an hour. I was just glad to get someone to come out in the rain. He called me a couple of times to give me a status and didn't leave me hanging. This little extra service was very much appreciated. In an hour he was there, got the truck on the trailer (in the rain) and took us both to the Ram dealership in Laplace. A genuinely nice, hard working and easy going person, who I enjoyed talking to very much during the ride. A fair price and someone who I highly recommend."

Because he was close by, Rohan told me he'd be there in 30-45 mins. It wasn't even fifteen minutes and he called to let me know that traffic was heavy but he was enroute. Rohan was there about 20 mins later. He was professional and fair. I recommend him to anyone needing tow service."
