"Was not happy at all brought my truck to get serviced went pick it up and they handed me a bill for the service and I told them that I bought the truck here and paid for a extended warranty and they told me to go speak to the service manager so I proceeded to go talk to the manager and he said either pay the bill or they was holding my keys and I asked him why they did they not check if I had a warranty before touching my truck nobody ever asked if I had a warranty when dropping my truck off so I assumed that they would look so he started catching a attitude cursing and yelling at me saying pay the bill or I wasn’t getting my keys so I went talk to another manager and told them my situation I ended up having to pay the bill because apparently that part wasn’t covered under warranty when they could have told me that from the start so I will not use the service or buy another vehicle from this location. So while leaving to go get my truck the service manager was still acting childish looking at me crazy and still saying stuff about me so I definitely will not be back."

"We purchased a King Ranch Expedition from Robichaux Ford. Service department is under qualified. Makes appts at 7:30 and don't open the gates until 7:30. Person handling my paperwork was very unprofessional and sounded upset that I walked up at 7:28 to have my car serviced. I have dealt with them on several occasions and for the 3rd time I have to bring my car back for a part to be installed after first they had wrong part (kept vehicle couple of days), second time - wrong part (in shop all day). Now, the part is on backorder. Never heard anything and its been over a month. I would not recommend this dealership because of their service department. The salesperson was outstanding but after it was out of his hands downhill it went. I have had several Ford products and have never had this experience before. This is my third Expedition."
