"Don’t buy a used vehicle from Hub City Ford! I made that mistake. My vehicle had no spare tire/wheel, had an oil leak due to a missing oil pan gasket; the air filter and cabin filter were beyond filthy—completely clogged. Obviously they didn’t service this vehicle before selling it. I reached out to several people to rectify this and no one responded. They didn’t care. It cost me several hundred dollars to fix what they neglected to do."

This is the 3rd time I have been told 2 to 3 weeks wait. I bought my Expedition from them, but will be going elsewhere for my purchase next year."
