"The worst! Husband took my car here because my regular spot was booked up for the day. Paid for an interior detail which was most definitely not completed. The way they wiped my windows, they would have been better off not wiping them at all. Also unprofessional but that’s a given."

"I think they just lost my business. First off, they offer free car wash with oil change. So I already spent $120 at their location. I go two days later to cash in on the free car wash and upgrade to some middle of the line car was. Seems their cheapest car was is $10. So naturally I expect $10 discount. Nope! $5 discount and then I’m charged an extra $10 for it being a jacked-up truck or extra large vehicle. I drive a regular Ram 1500! Not jacked-up! On their website the charge is $3 for SUV’s, VAN’s and Trucks. The greed has to stop!"

"I have used this place for years. In the last few years it has gone downhill. Today I sat outside and watched two guys seem like they were doing a much better job than the two previous times I visited. I gave them a very nice tip thinking the place had improved. However, the windows were not wiped on the interior; but at least it wasn’t like the time before when someone sprayed something that looked like milk on the windshield and left it to run down to my dash. I specifically went here because it was too hot to go to one of the automatic ones where you do the pre-clean yourself. I was sure they would at least clean the exterior good. They didn’t bother to remove the bugs from the front nor the mirrors. The mirror side of the mirrors were cleaned only in the middle they left grime on outer edges. I’m done with this place. I have wasted my money here WAY too many times. Hopefully I can find another place that does a good job like Ambassador Car Wash once did."

"Took my daughters car to get a cleaning at and the guys out front did a great job trying to clean the dirt and debris that the guy who hand washed it did . I paid $45 for a job that was dismal at best. I wouldn’t bring anything to these folks to get cleaned if it were the only place in town. The owner is rude and when I showed him the dirt and address my concerns, he wanted to get aggressive and very vocal with me. He is rude and very disrespectful. This owner doesn’t deserve to have a business with his lack of concern for quality customer service."

"WOULD HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND!!! I honestly could’ve did a better job myself or gotten someone’s uncle for a third of the cost. There’s no reason for my dogs fur to still be in the car after I paid for the expensive detailing service. Then when I pointed out the excessive fur still lingering I was told ‘oh it should’ve been taken care of before it got to detailing’ I even asked for a towel so I could get it off myself. Then the guy proceeded to clean it properly AFTER I pointed it out, which you can see clear as day. Idc whose job it is, it was supposed to be done right. Outside is still filthy as if it was ONLY just rinsed off! I’m lividdddd. After reading previous reviews not sure why this place is even still open."
