"Was skeptical at first. My insurance company requested them. Did some research and ran here to Google for reviews. First impression. Estimate team was awesome and very helpful experienced-wise assured me it would be an easy fix. Second phase of dropping off the vehicle. The front desk promised me that they would take care of informing the insurance company and rental for me. I had to do the communication portion myself and get my own rental a day prior short-notice before dropping off the vehicle for the repairs. Otherwise I would have not left the shop for a few more hours then expected. Vehicle in shop. Had three different timelines for extended work on the vehicle so I had to wait til I get off from work to head 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. The customer service was awesome and they waited after hours for me to grab the vehicle. Thanks again for all your hard work and continued support for our vehicle. Will greatly look forward to working with you guys again and letting others know of your competency and efficiency."
