"So, I called to get a quote on A/C diagnostic was told it was 75 dollars. My wife bought our truck over and the price changed because she was told that they had to test with freon, which was very understandable but not what we were told over the phone. So while my wife was discussing this change of pricing, I hear a woman in the background ask my wife if she "want to do it or not because it's hot!" First off, she followed my wife outside, secondly, when I called back, I was communicating over the phone about a rude associate and the lady replied, "yes that was me, the owner." I tried to communicate that me and my wife were discussing the pricing and didn't need the rudeness and I'm guessing she was fed up so she says "Have a nice day" and hangs up! Poor customer service!!"
