"Do not recommend. Rude! One of the guys did my pedicure and manicure and I don't think he knew what he was doing. All he did was touch my cuticles with the cuticle cutter and didn't even try to remove calluses on the bottom of my feet. I've tried them out multiple times thinking maybe it was just a bad day because I don't really care for anywhere in Eunice so I will just go to Lafayette when I need my nails and toes done. I believe they also lost 3 other customers while I was in there due to them being rude."

"i will never go back to pro nail in Eunice. supposed to go there feel relaxed or just to go do something nice for yourself. that's not the case over there. i went to get my nails done I started talking to the owner as she was doing my nails & she ignored me. she started hollering at me when I told her I wanted over lay but with a tip. told me "You need to figure out what you want!!" then got mad when I didn't want powder I just wanted gel. I wish I didn't even have to give them a 1 star review. very disappointed in that place."

"Went in for new set, guy cut up 6 of my fingers to the point of bleeding, my step mom refused to pay him 55 for my set because he cut me. he chased our truck and banged on it and when she told him she refused to pay more then 45 for cutting up my hands he proceeds to yell “OK I NO TAKE YOU AGAIN” OH AND then charged my step mom 40 for THIS, and refused to do glitter like mine and told her they were out. obviously they weren’t out cuz they were using it on me. we were sitting one chair apart and my stepmom could see that they had a pot full of glitter right there. WHAT"

"This place sucks!! Went in for SNS (dip) refill. The lady (Julie) was rude and didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Then she tried to rush once more ppl started to show up. And when I inquired as to the poor quality and look of my nails, she said they will look better after I wash my hands. Needless to say, I will NEVER go there again and I would advise any others NOT to spend your money on such expensive, poor quality service. Ps. If I could leave this review with zero stars, I would."

"Very rude! I thought she said something to me so I asked her to repeat. I have a very hard time understanding and I thought she was speaking to me. She said “you talk English. We talk English to customers...we talk Vietnamese to each other!” First and Last time"
