"My daughter is in the military, she bought a used Kia from another dealership and while driving it to the base, it went into Limp Mode and threw a code. I called Sterling kia service department and talked to LAUREN..... I must admit that she had turned my view around of a dealership. She was very friendly and helpful and explained that there was a recall on my daughter's car and they can fix it for no charge. I got the car to them and they even got her a rental while they fixed it. Within a week, my daughter was back on the road. Since then I've called the service department at Sterling and talked to Lauren several times about questions I had regarding my daughter's car and every time if I couldn't answer, she returned my call the same day. Very nice lady. Very friendly staff."
