"Made an appointment for 11:45 for my toddler, showed up at 11:55 and waited for the lady before us at the desk before we checked in. By the time she was done it was 12:00 and the manager at the desk said because it was 12:00 we would have to reschedule. I asked what their late policy was, it’s 15 minutes, I said we got here before 12:00. Long story made a bit shorter, the 15 minute late policy is for adult cuts, not kids. Does it make sense? Not really. Were they apologetic? Definitely not:) 2 years cutting my hair here, super disappointed in the attitude and definitely not coming back, no matter how great Sam is."
