"Did great repair work. But, messed up the sensors. Couldn’t calibrate them back to working correctly. Due to suspension issues that “they claimed” was not accident related. Sent me home with cruise control sensor issues and other sensors that are not working. I had to take it to another mechanic that says this has nothing to do with suspension issues. It comes from taking the bumper off and not installing the sensor correctly causing damage to the panel board. Still working on this issue today."

"Do not take your vehicle to these liars. They will do nothing but waste your time and have questionable business practices. I am so thankful I saw the red flags before they did any work on my vehicle. They told me lies from the get go. Do yourself a favor and take your car to a reputable collision center. This business is dubious at best. I will never waste my time with these clowns again."

"I would never typically leave a review, however, the experience we had at Gerber was so beyond terrible that I felt I need to warn the next person. I took my car to Gerber (insurance suggestion) to make repairs when I was recently rear-ended. The damage was only to the rear of the vehicle. Gerber staff not only were rude and unhelpful but lied throughout the entire process. We ended up going physically in person and demanded to see the vehicle to prove that they had not done what they were saying they had done. They told me for 3 weeks in a row it was "going to paint tomorrow". Like clockwork... called me same day and time each week and told me the same exact thing. We were told every excuse in the book and we were very reasonable by considering covid and hurricane delays and we understood that. But in no way should it have taken TEN weeks to repair my vehicle. Once the accident repairs were complete, staff contacted us that other problems arose that had NOTHING to do with the accident. Fuses blown, vehicle wouldn't shift out of park, etc. All of these were not problems until it had been in Gerber's possession for 9 weeks. When we finally received the vehicle back, the work was not up to par, they had left off bolts holding the trunk lid to the trunk and the vehicle was making noises it did not make prior to bringing it to Gerber. I would absolutely never recommend anyone bringing their vehicle to Gerber. We felt like their work was extremely untrustworthy - I'm not sure what had even been done to my vehicle while in their possession."
