"Got my toyota tacoma body repaired there after a small accident from another driver. Paid a high price and was expecting it to look like it was before. wasn't close to what it looked like before, left big scratches on it, and overall, don't look as good. I also hear weird wind noises now when going highway speed."

"Can’t give one star because they were polite. But the service sucked. Dropped vehicle off on the day we scheduled a month out. Truck didn’t move for a few days and just sat there. Couldn’t give me a ride to the rental store. Picked up the truck and service writer didn’t really go over the repair or even come outside until I found solvent pop in the paint work. Had to bring the vehicle back the next day and already turned the rental in. Brought it back the next day and couldn’t give me a ride home. When truck was done around 2:30, no one called. They admitted this in a 4:27 pm phone call 3 minutes before they closed telling me the truck was done and apologized that someone was suppose to call earlier. No offer to come get me, and I’m only 3 miles away, or to deliver the vehicle to me. Do better guys. They were polite, but the service sucked and quality control sucked as well."

"These guys impressed me from day 1! Everyone was very courteous & professional. I found their pricing very fair and that they helped where they could with certain concerns I had with my Armada. Turnaround time was great and they had me back on the road right away. Upon picking up, I also noticed my truck was cleaner than when I turned it in, both inside & out. I've used bodyshops before where they left marks all over the inside. These guys did the opposite & had it even cleaner! I would recommend them all day long!"

"As of right now I can only give one star because while the manager and receptionist were very nice and assured us that everything would be great, the finished job was lazy and incomplete. My SO and I dropped off her 2021 Honda Civic Type R after someone had side swipped us. The passenger rear door was done for, the rear fender had damage, and the front passenger door had some mild damage. The time it took to get the vehicle back was of no issue because we both work in the automotive industry and we know how things can go. Upon picking the vehicle up it looked great but had quite a bit of dust coverage so the complaints that I have were not initially apparent. The second day of having the vehicle back I noticed after wiping the interior down that all of the gloss trim and Radio screen had over spray that I assume was from leaving the windows or doors open and not covering the interior. We sent an email of this complaint and we have had no response. Now after 3 weeks I decided it was time to wash the vehicle. I have never run this car through a car wash and have always hand washed since we got it a few months back. After cleaning and drying the quality of the work that was done showed itself. There are coverage and over spray issues on the entire passenger side of the vehicle. And the buffing drop was amateur at best. I absolutely hate to be a customer like this but I take pride in my job as a service technician and always look over my work if a major job is being done. I would have never let someone take their vehicle back in this condition. Also a lot of the settings and instrument cluster options were messed with as if they went on a little "test drive" because the boost options were up. All in all the front staff were great but if this is the "care" or lack there of that the back shop staff puts into their work then I could never recommend this shop to anyone I know."
